Biography

Ivan Dominković was born on December 4, 2000, in Slavonski Brod and grew up in Županja, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He began his integrated undergraduate and graduate studies in Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Kinesiology in 2019 and obtained his Master’s degree in 2025. During his studies, he worked as a student teaching assistant in the course Football and participated in scientific research projects. He completed professional training within the Erasmus+ program at Siggiewi Rowing Club in Malta, serving as a strength and conditioning coach.  He was a member of the University of Zagreb Football Team, achieving notable results in national and international university competitions. Since February 2026, he has been employed at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Kinesiology as an assistant in the course Football. In the same year, he was appointed Head Coach of the University of Zagreb women's football team. He is actively involved in scientific research as the author and co-author of scientific and professional publications in the field of sport kinesiology, with a particular focus on football.
